Sunday 4/29 | New Amsterdam Market Bread Pavilion

It’s an honor to be among the 15 bread makers invited to participate in The New Amsterdam Market’s 2nd annual bread pavilion. We will be featuring our pane integrale regionale, our ideal whole wheat loaf made from local flour from the Old Grove Plantation in Hunterdon County, New Jersey and honey from Andrew’s Local Honey grown in New York City rooftops – you can’t get more local than that.
