ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, water, wheat bran, natural starter, salt and yeast.
Italian for “big loaf,” this dramatically large, tube-shaped coated with wheat bran is one bread lover’s nirvana. It has a dark-baked crust (done on purpose, it is NOT burnt) that contrasts beautifully with it’s light, airy and moist crumb.
