ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, water, natural starter, salt and yeast. Coated with sesamo seeds.
To say that this loaf of bread is just a pane pugliese coated with sesamo seeds is like saying Michelangelo was just a guy who sculped – it’s correct, but it misses the point entirely. Those little sesame seeds add a credible taste AND texture to an already remarkable bread.
